Peeper Limericks

Peeper Limericks

A Poem by Tim Willard
"

Some Peeper poems, done in quasi-limerick form They're supposed to have drawings with them, but I don't have any yet.

"
In the ferns where Peepers Play
They dance and sing all the day
Jumping and Spinning
Dancing and singing
In the Ferns where Peepers Play

There once was a Peeper named Gee
Who jumped around like a lizard-like flea

He jumped so high
That he learned to fly

And is now knows as the Great Flying Gee

The little flying Peeper named Gee
Liked to steal his Step-Mother's tea

He'd swoop right up
And grab the tea cup

And fly away as fast as can be.

Just doggerel poetry, but they make little kids smile. I'll probably add more as I think more up.

It made me smile too! Very fun piece! Reminded me of when I was a kid reading mother Goose tales with my sister. :D Thanks for the memories and keep up the great work!
