Runway Love.

Runway Love.

A Poem by Emily Irene.
"

October 2006.

"

Tears hadn't flowed

in far too long.

So I cut off the ties

from a girl I always loved.

Our life plans

are switching runways.

She took for off

for a journey of plastic ruins.

I cried for her to come back;

come back and we'll be us.

She turned her head,

and kissed Satan once more.

So I'm just skimming through your poems and I came across this one and I'll be completely honest--I'm kind of underwhelmed by it in the beginning. I think the first half is kind of vague and usually stuff like this could be aided by some specifics. but from "I Cried" to "once more" I thought was phenomenal. And I think you should build up from that spot if possible. I really love the last line too.

wow this was very emotional.Your wording is great but i think you should add some words here and their,to make this writting more discriptive.Other than that your work was awesome.
