Father

Father

A Poem by Emily Irene.
"

An ode to my father (we don't speak).

"

Tell me, my good man,

how are you holding up?

Is it still me you think about?

Is it still me you see in the shadows?

Just tell me, tell me, tell me;

are you hurting, too?

Just tell me, tell me, tell me;

are you missing this, too?
