Wishing For You

Wishing For You

A Poem by Sylla Rege'ne
"

More for the collection of desperate love poems, eh?

"

My heart is murdered when you kiss her softly

                    In front of me

You never notice how I love you so, and with your eyes closed

                    You'll never see

That I'm head over heels for my greatest friend

                    But I'm hanging on...

All I've said is meaningless

And I still need your help; help me move on

But you have your own life and your own love---

And I have my "loves" and facades

I want you more

     But I can't have you

          I'm falling in love again

And he will never know it's for you

And you'll never know it's not for him

Oh, how I long to have her lips

So you would grace them with your kiss
