Can you hear me?

          

 

                                  Can you hear it?

Listen can you hear it?

My soul cries out in anguish

The extensive screaming racks my brain

 

Nervous shaking

My heart pounds in unison with the truth

Strangely sensitive to the voices

 

Listen can you hear them?

The're telling me to jump

Tell them to stop

 

Hear them feel them

Struggling to take over

But i am to strong at least for now

 

Chanting; drums

Over taking my mind i can no longer hear reality

Starting to surrender

 

Pain; Tingling

Ecstacy is pulling me towards them

My life is overcome

 

I give in and let go relying on the voises

They say i'll be better now

And I feel reality pulling me away

 

I know they've loaded me in the're van

I don't care reality is no longer important

I laugh my sinister laugh I'm happy i'm safe inside my own head

That is one disturbing poem! What is most disturbing is that I know what you mean. I've been there, and narrowly escaped.

Look at the lines below - while it is a style issue, at some points your 'i' is lower case, other times capitalized. I would stick to one form - but that's just me. Also, always check your work before you post - I think you meant "their" in the line below

"But i am to strong at least for now"

"I know they've loaded me in the're van"

Other than tech-wise, this poem could use a bit more originality, but it did strike a note in me - which is what all poetry should do. Well done, and keep writing :)
