Belladonna

Belladonna

A Poem by SyberRose

The twilight is as beautiful as a belladonna within a capricious breeze_
The gibbous moon shadows dance in the fuchsia petals of night,
And sheerness of the mist exposes the amorousness of the dark_
 The seductive mirage of yesterday undresses passion that once was;
 A murmurous whisper flows like a meandering river across velveteen skin,
 and the gossamer light enters the silky web of desire;
 bathing in moonlight vapors until the light of dawn.

Thank you Willard for taking time to read...I appreciate your comments...Rose
you paint whole moodscapes Rose - not just pictures - moods that when the reader interacts with them, envelope the reader like walking through smoke - eddies and swirls of romance fill any voids caused by us entering your boudoir. Only when we are completely cocooned do we realise that we are caught in a wonderful weave. - by then its too late - we dont want to leave.
Bravo my dear friend

The night brings reflection of what once was.....longing for the time when passion ruled. What a lovely write this is, Rose. You have a special way of weaving passion and nature together into a beautiful tapestry. Lydi**
