Ripples of a Carnal Moon

Ripples of a Carnal Moon

A Poem by SyberRose

In wilderness of an Alaskan sky

the lovely goddess of the dawn

Aurora Borealis

streaks nakedly across the morn~

The artistic canvas of the earth

is painted in a vibrant hue

And with rays of golden hair

and ocean depths of azure blue~

As nuances of red in the sunset

bathe in wavelets of a tropical lagoon

A flowing waterfall of bliss

drowns within ripples of a carnal moon~

The whispering winds of yesterday

flutters to the other side of light

like wings of an Adonis Butterfly

escaping beneath the glass of the night.

Carries very sensitively & pure deeper as you listen it from heart and read it from your eyes. I was not amazed to read such a amazing read from you Rose. I loved it - touchy and sensible with proper execution.
Last stanza was really great
The whispering winds of yesterday
flutters to the other side of light
like wings of an Adonis Butterfly
escaping beneath the glass of the night.
Amazing work :)

Mee too...You are welcome...:)
Very seductive imagery of the moon looking down from above and the luscious view of mother nature's many glorious picturesque scenes on earth!

Intensely sweet and romantic in rhythm and flow, assuaging, massaging and caressing the desires of passionate love at every opportunity, splendid once more Cyber-rose !

It is not even near commensurate with your beautiful poem Rose !
And she returns only how she can... the most romantic pen hand has return triumphantly! That was beautiful, and such a tender read.

I wasn't gone, just in a creative drought. But thank you.
Yes, she's back!! You always write the softest of romantic poetry that entices Rose, it wafts on your page in pure elegance....

As nuances of red in the sunset
bathe in wavelets of a tropical lagoon
A flowing waterfall of bliss
drowns within ripples of a carnal moon~

That's a big sigh right there and could have stood alone, love it, good to read you again...glad you've joined us again. :-)
