Sandcastle of LoveA Poem by SyberRosecollaboration with an old friend.We walked along each gentle beach Once covered in sands of love Our footprints left a paired impress Warmed by the sun above ~ We packed the scoops of firm wet grains With laughing playful skill Until we had a castle built To hide our passion’s thrill~ A salty zephyr kissed our skin In sands of amber stars The song of glimmer in our eyes Within strings of wind’s guitar~ Faint ocean whispers in moonlight Softly crept along the shoals A pharos lit waves of passion In heartbeats of two souls~ By
