I am a SYBERDOLL

not a Cupie doll

in the back of a Chevy

My hair is ginger

like RAGGEDY ANN

flirting with her ANDY

her ladies man

I have a backbone

no more BETSY WETSY fears

when no one is around

i confide with TINY TEARS

Not a blond like BARBIE

dont like pretty boys like KEN

i will recite your poems 

so write them fast as you can

My favorite program is zena

yes my name is

SYBERDOLL

some call me Gena

I'm in the doll factory..

waiting to be shipped 

a SYBERDOLL thats me

on the lap of the doll maker

smiling happily

No GI JOE...i am not

a blow up doll

i am more then you can handle

watch out or i will hit you

in the head with my pan handle...

I'm not a CHATTY KATHY

look deep into my eyes

i wont talk your ear off

wont leave you alone or cry

Just a SYBERDOLL

listen to me giggle

if you wind me up

you will see a little wiggle

Buy me if you dare

in my tub full of bubbles 

with bubbles in my hair

I don't come with adoption papers 

like CABBAGE PATCH kids

i come with a little poem 

farewell i will never bid

I am your SyberDoll...I'm not made of clay

nice to meet you.. have a nice day

I will bring you good luck along the way

I am your SyberDoll...your new girlfriend

oh yes, this is so good..not really a doll, but a real girlfriend....

really like the allegory used here....

"don't like pretty boys like Ken"

that line caught me...

this reminded me of the poem "Barbie Doll"

i forget the author's name...but similar allegory, only that was about plastic surgery..

this is much deeper than what meets the eye...i am not the typical woman...not the one you can mold to suit your fancy...i am made of much more stuff than that...and if you can handle it...buy me.

reminds me of sheryl crow's song "strong enough"

you are always so clever..and this is a bit different from your usual...but you seem to tackle any subject or type of poem with ease.
