Passion

Passion

A Poem by SyberRose
"

"

The lullaby of the ocean
calmly soothes the cradled night
while shadows linger with emotion
and passion continues to ignite
as moonlight becomes a potion
the dancing body of the waves excite
the salty fragrance in the air
seduces lovers unaware

i love how this affects me ..i treated myself when i was going to assignment in San Diego as a travel nurse .. i stared a couple days in an expensive (for me) hotel on Pismo Beach ..i had a 900sq foot room over looking the ocean from the second floor .. my little patio gave me an incredible perch to watch, feel and listen to the lapping shoreline and seagulls rode currents and hovered not 10 feet in front of me .. curious i suppose ..your poem brought me right back there ..i can feel the salt spray in the air ..thank you for your haiku like poem ..it is haiku like to me anyway ;)

Beauty is everywhere. Elegance becomes your poetry so vivid I can picture its peaceful nature.
