Cherishing

Cherishing

A Poem by SyberRose

Stars sparkle in a heavenly meadow
wildflowers abloom in the night;
While the moon is a bright lemon yellow,
'tis a moonflower shining bright...

The cilantro scent of the prairie grass,
and tangerine sunlight of dawn,
 Sienna embers of burning ash
and the gracefulness of a fawn...

 A robin's feather drifting in the breeze;
 thus bejeweled wings of butterflies,
The moonlight sailing upon the blue seas
while a white trumpeter swan cries...

 Each heartbeat is but a nightingale song,
 Cherishing little things as life goes on.
