Moody Morning Light

Moody Morning Light

A Poem by SyberRose
"

Lovers in the night.

"

They were just two ships passing in the night

beneath a sweet clementine moon;

 In sweet wafting of jasmine candlelight

they knew it would be over soon...

But he was gone...by the dawn,

of the moody morning light,

Seduced by the charms of destiny...

He was the gypsy in the breeze,

and he was born to be free,

within the gales and sails

of the vagabond wind;

Free as a seagull upon a vessels brim...

They were just two ships passing in the night;

He was gone, by the moody morning light.
