Dark Romance

The enchanting arms of the night
holding me close;
the way you did back then...
unveiling depths of passion...
While the warm breath
of ebony winds
runs his fingers
through moonlight hair,
a voyeur secretly peeks
behind the silkin web of seduction;
listening to your whisper words
slither and crawl over my skin;
kissing celibate lips...
Invisible ink promises...
tattooed upon my memory...
An image of you embraces
the cleavage of the night.

Taken back to the nights of bliss and enchantment, this poem paints a picture perfect of how it was when "kissing celibate lips" was a wonder and a delight. Thanks for the memories someone called Bob once said, and I have to agree, memories help keep our passion and thoughts alive. Nice, crisp poetry.
