The Illusion Of Time

Time goes on as everyone progresses

It has been a month since the game has started and we have discovered new info about the game. Players who die in the game do not return to any aetheryte crystals which lead us to believe that anyone who dies in the game will die in real life but we don't know for sure. I have leveled up to level 20 and my group has found the first dungeon but before I do it I need better equipment. Zell ran up to me "you ready to head out?" I replied "not yet i need a little more prep time." he nodded "ok, just need to kill a few more monsters for gil?" "I answered "yes I need to get some new gear before we do the dungeon." He nodded "well let's hop to it." We traveled all over Thanalan until we decided to travel to the Shroud. We passed a couple of healers both wearing pinkish robes. After a few moments of searching we found a good spot to hunt monsters. I readied my sword and shield then began my attack. Attack after attack he began to weaken it until it gets close to death. I draw my sword back for one more hit when all of a sudden a lance flies out of no where and kills the creature. I got no credit for the kill then i looked over and saw a lancer. "What the hell man?" He laughed at me "you should have been quicker." I got caught a glimpse of his name but only got his first name. Damn that Kylar." Zell asked "You know him?" I shook my head "No, I just saw his name, but I do know he is an a*s, He laughed at me after stealing my kill, Who does that?" He shook his head "Apparently some people on here are a bunch of jackasses." I nodded "let's just kill more monsters so we can get the gear." He nooded in agreement and we continued after awhile we decided to head back and ran into the to healers again i waved and they waved back so me and Zell decided to introduce ourselves." Hi I'm Blaze a tank class and this is Zell he's a dps class." she replied I'm Naomi and this is Lela and we are both the healer class." I looked above her and saw her full name and I noticed her last name was the same as me and Zell. "I guess alot of us decided on the same last name." she laughed and replied "I suppose we did." we talked for awhile longer before we said our goodbyes and headed back to Uldah.
