Naomi sat in the carriage until it finally reached the grand city of Gridania, the city was a forest like city with trees hallowed out to make buildings and homes for the residents. Naomi walked in and a person ran up beside her she had on a hoodless robe meant for a mage, glasses, a pair of white gloves, and a pair of black boots then asked "what do you think of the city?" Naomi looked around at the city and said "It's beautiful." the person said "yes it is, by the way I'm Lela Mist whats your name?" Naomi smiled and answered "Naomi Shadowbane, didn't we meet on the carriage?" she replied "yes we did"
they both walked around the city and eventually ended up at the conjurers guild. Naomi gathered a few quest before a voice came out of nowhere and said "Attention please, the log out function has been disabled, please remain calm while we fix the issue." Naomi turned to Lela "what do they mean by its been disabled?" she asked, "Lela sat down in fear and replied "I d-don't know" Naomi put her hand on her shoulder to comfort her "I'm sure it will only be a temporary problem" Lela stood up and smiled "Thanks Naomi" They walked out of the conjurers guild and went to the main square then went outside the city to kill a few monsters, a few moments later a new voice started speaking "
Attention please, we cannot find a way to fix the bug, your only option is to finish the game." Naomi sighed "i can't believe we won't be able to log out of the game" Lela turned to Naomi "yeah but we have to make due with it for now" "they walked around outside of the main city, the area was called South Shroud a few moments later they were attacked by a giant plant creature called a molbol, they both backed up and all of a sudden the monster was killed by a man with a spear, he had black hair with red highlights, they looked up at him and Naomi asked "who are you?"
