The Will To PowerA Poem by BlueRibbonSo united, Each emotion divides us. Tormented are the memories Of a man who once knew His spirit controlled his fate. Love became an addiction, Slowly breaking his core, Yet it was not his resolve that shattered. His heart gave out to the sound of a Missing boy. His image now that of a tyrant, Terrorizing the mind of every conquest: He sought not to destroy, but to compliment his destruction. As time fades, his eyes glance over every mistake and he bathes in the torrent of hate. It is he who lost his way, and draws the map for all who find him. For to lose a love is to begin a spiraling journey downward. He lost himself at the end of a dry well, Broken, With no remorse.
