The Earth Girl

A Story by Lily
"

Haven't written much but its a start.

"

The young girl stared at the clouds rolling across the sky quickly. She sighed and turned her head to look at the moss swinging to and fro as it hangs from the trees. She rolled her eyes and looked over to a black cat, with a pink ribbon around its neck. "Days are sooo long here, how much longer to we have to stay here?" she complained. "We have about twelve hours, meaning one more day if we were in our world," the cat said. "Why are we even in this world? You never told me, then again you never tell me anything. Your not a very nice person, Hayden. What's made you so crabby?" the girl asked Hayden. "If you haven't noticed, Jade, the Black Knight knows about your powers! Do you know what he can do to you know!?" Hayden asked.

"Hayden, he can't do anything. I'm the strongest person in Starfall. He can't hurt me. I'm 'invincible'," Jade said. "Three things, one, you have weaknesses, two, he can find out those weaknesses, finally, go change into cat form," Hayden said.

Jade walked into the woods and came back as a small, fluffy, pink kitten with a black ribbon tied around her neck. "I'm turning into my human form, hold on," Hayden said as he walked into the woods and came back as a boy at about the age of fifteen.

"I don't understand... When do I become a grown up animal?" Jade asked. "Shh.. Don't let anyone hear you!" Hayden said, "Just because we're in a different world doesn't mean they can't hear us! To answer your question, when your 100 years of age. You know the rule guys stop aging at fifteen, girls at thirteen. Then you just get numerous Birthday's to keep track of how long you've lived as a "protector".
