Titanic

Excitement spread quickly,
Through the dock that fine day,
As Titanic docked in,
Overlooking the crowd…

No one could’ve foreseen,
The events that wold be,
As she flew from harbour,
Overlooking the sea…

The sun it slowly sank,
Beyond the horizon,
Likewise did the famed ship,
Overlooking the ice…

The ship’s bow took the strain,
Of the colliding ice,
Shrieks rang down below,
Overlooking the fright...

Above and below sea,
Panic did ride the waves,
As Titanic sank down,
Overlooking the screams...

The Titanic snapped,
From the iceberg’s crash,
As water flooded in,
Overlooking the ship...

Dot, Dash, Dot; Dot, Dash, Dot;
Save our souls, Save our souls,
Pleaded the control man,
Overlooking his death...

But too little too late,
Families torn apart,
Lifeboats splashed underneath,
Overlooking the waves...

The unsinkable sank,
With innocent lives,
As Carpathia came,
Overlooking the crowd...
