Heads or Tails

Heads or Tails

Who am I you ask?

Let me help you understand

that

I am the damsel in distress,

But

also the super-man.

I’m one of your deepest fantasies,

But

can be your worst night mare.

I am pleasant as a spring afternoon,

But

aggressive as a stormy sea.

I am so sweet I could be candy,

But

can be as sour as lemon.

As silent as the night,

But

can be as loud as a bomb.

As soft as pillow,

But

can become as hard as a rock.

I am a dream come true,

But

can be a demon out of hell.

Loving and faithful

But

can turn on you like a traitor.

If you understand all these analogies,

And think

 you can deal

That’s good,

But

 that doesn’t guarantee I’ll agree.

Wait for me to say

“I’m ready”

Or you’ll

see the other side.

I doubt you have to meet her.

you’ve already been warned

Of

 what that side can bring.

Who am I you ask?

Let me help you understand

that

I am the damsel in distress,

But

also the super-man.

I’m one of your deepest fantasies,

But

can be your worst night mare.

I am pleasant as a spring afternoon,

But

aggressive as a stormy sea.

I am so sweet I could be candy,

But

can be as sour as lemon.

As silent as the night,

But

can be as loud as a bomb.

As soft as pillow,

But

can become as hard as a rock.

I am a dream come true,

But

can be a demon out of hell.

Loving and faithful

But

can turn on you like a traitor.

If you understand all these analogies,

And think

 you can deal

That’s good,

But

 that doesn’t guarantee I’ll agree.

Wait for me to say

“I’m ready”

Or you’ll

see the other side.

I doubt you have to meet her.

you’ve already been warned

Of

 what that side can bring.

I have been expressing myself for a long time. I've chosen written words because at one point my voice wasn't considered needed to be heard, in a sense. Now I'm able to verbalize and use written langu.. more..
