They might like carrots in moscowA Poem by Melanie GenevieveI don't really know what this is lmao. This was inspired by my friend's newfound prejudice against brown people and her mixing up regina spektor and ze frank.they might like carrots in moscow or milk in may they might like seeing things a whole other way if i turn you upside down give you a window with a view what will you see if you never knew that sometimes fish fly sometimes birds swim a blind man can play a loser can win sometimes keys don't open what you think they will sometimes love won’t continue to thrill sometimes things that are supposed to help you create structure in your life start to cause discord within you and your poem all of a sudden becomes really lopsided sometimes it’s hard to shift your way of looking at things reforming prejudice might be harder than it seems trying to rewire your brain into separating two entities is an uphill battle with experience it seems and all you can do is keep fighting © 2013 Melanie GenevieveReviews
