Butterfly Kisses

A poem about butterfly kisses that i made for a contest

They’re happiness in a breath; they’re pure love in a touch.

They show heart and joy that can be passed from mother to daughter or brother to sister and leave a feeling of warmth on your cheek.

They happen in the blink of an eye and feel like kitten’s whiskers on your face.

They are genuine no matter what and they scare away the darkness of the universe. You can give them to children and adults alike but it always means the same thing, love.

They are happiness, warmth, delight, and joy. They are pure bliss.

They are butterfly kisses.<3
