The Walk

life's about the journey
not the destination
keep the wheels turning
no matter your location
if you don't like the scenery
find some new transportation
there's no reason to give up
over any complication
if your just spinning your wheels
dont like how you feel
thinking you got a raw deal
that's a cop out for real
your wounds never heal
when you lie and you steal
your walking the mile
enjoy your last meal
there's a price we all pay
at the end of the day
draw a line and decide on
which side to stay
we all have our karma
it wont go away
its not black and white
its just shades of gray
life's about the journey
no need to run
its not about speed
its about having fun
smelling the roses
feeling warmth from the sun
enjoying the walk
everyday til its done
