Searching for remnants

along missed exits

& wrong turns.

Replaced by a painful void.

Not in my wildest dreams

had I truly deserved

you in the first place.

Second-guessing.

Counting every minute.

Dying with each season,

my toxic traits

are unforgettable.

Soon, you're just

going to break.
