DUPLICITY IN BLUEA Poem by Roger TurgeonA poem about blue eyesDUPLICITY IN BLUE Vibrant blue eyes show for
all who can see Both sides of the person you
can oft be Confidence revealed in a
striking stare Turns unsure in a blink, such
doubt you bear As rational as the world they
perceive Yet spiritual as the dreams you
believe Stoic at the sight of
disaster born But emotional as the tears
you mourn The sensual hint your wink
does impart Hides inside you as demure as
your heart Aloof at times, vision cast
to the stars Yet nurturing as remedies in
jars Strong as their deep azure color
conveys That weakens and fades in a
misty haze Two eyes in synchronicity
imbue All that you are, duplicity
in blue © 2014 Roger TurgeonReviews
