mother And twinkle as mirrored dust, no facet like any other Stairs to rapt houses have risen, by inches of floating frost Driveways and walkways are hidden, all signposts are standing
lost The air is hushed in silence, muted by white insulation Children are dashing outside, unable to stem temptation My footsteps crunch beneath me, while compressing the ashen
ground Visible breath escapes my lips, transformed but without a
sound Trees bow to the mounds upon them, in awe of the beauty seen For the earth has been washed pure, and everything now is
