Mermaid On Moon

Mermaid On Moon

A Poem by Surya
"

Just a Paint

"
Chasing the gazing moon
Hidden in infinite trees
On my wheels, I bid an
Adieu to the hopping deer

Seen a phantom shedding
Blood from Blue eyes,
Had a reckless ride till
My nerves cried.
Stopped at a lustrous vision
Where a lump of emeralds
Floating on dark black waters
Guarded by mermaids
With  radiant pink eyes.

Moon I found next to my  vision
Pleased mermaids with an ode
Of romance, granted am to pass on.
A van of swan driven by a half man
To those stars I waved a bye.
Landed on moon, sat on my throne
Half man at service and mermaid
In my lap.

Opened my eyes and
Giggled at my sense
After painting a dream I seen...

My... the imagery is just so beautiful and makes me so more engaged in the poem!
Different emotions of the mermaids as they swim in the water and you as you see them in your dreams, being happy!
Well done Surya, keep it up!! :)
