akbaar pada tha teri aankon se woh kahe mein mara hu par kaha

aaj bi teri zulfon ki sayat mein aur teri dil ki dadkan me mein zinda hi hu

chahe jaan bi chala jaaye udu ki ladayi mein

par mein zinda rehna chahtu teri meri prem kahaani mein

har ek taron ki samaa h yaha pe bus roshni kam h

sab gunga hai par mujhe gaana bi sunayi de raha h is mehfil mein

ujad gaya meri baagh jaha phul phulaaya tha aaj wohi phul

chadaye ye fatiha pe jaha meri dadkanon ki shamma jalaaya

kahe ye vaqt mera ki aap bigad gaya, par kaha mein toh sirf

pyaar hi kiya tha, maane kya hum ki, mein bekasi ka mazar hu..
