A Poem by Surya
"

Striking thoughts....

"
New wavy morning holding Cups
Of memories enlightening Joyous eyes
Mouth open wide, Teeth twinkling white
Smiling in wanderlust of falling walls..

Shrugging and shedding leaves of spring
Glowing bright with dew drops on veins
Stems pulling me back from swing
Saying jump and fly on wings not on swings...

Moments squeezed where deck of cards
Scattered, Hanging through invisible webs in
Confused, violent grey air
Just a snap, all the beauty vanished away.

Day to night even in noon,
Cam needs a visionary eye,
I need a hand to click those
Scattered moments in noon and night..

I sit their at night
Recall those fights
Where I laid in pics
With beautiful kites...

The imagery is a photo of perfection, and the strong emotions tie it all together to capture a picture perfect poem. Nice work surya, and sorry for the delay on the R.R.

You are welcome 😊😊
This is very brilliantly conceived & written. Reading this feels like the way it feels when you look at an old photograph & notice all these details that spark more memories from this time in one's life. It's like one memory spills from another, on & on. Your descriptive observations are both familiar & unique. Love the whimsical tone & approach (((HUGS)))

This is a very deep poem, and my brain can't catch up I need it three times. But the more I read it the more I understand the emotions and fallen in love with it all the more.

"Cam needs a visionary eye,
I need a hand to click those
Scattered moments in noon and night.." this is my favorite line to me it says we capture the moments of our lives at any time keeping it as precious memories.

Keep writing beautiful poems!
