Without You...

Without You...

A Poem by Surya
"

With You, It's true...

"
Without you
mirror doesn't reflect me,
There is no soul in my body,
No pen of mine can write,
No memory of mine is complete.
Every drop of rain striking me
Reminds your touch,
Each melody from waving trees
Reminds your smiling music.
Every Portrait I sketch reminds
How I miss your magical eyes,
Every tune I play reminds
Your salsa with me.
Every step of mine reminds
Your silly dreams with me,
Every smile of your's
is a treasure for me.
With you
I can breathe,
I can live,
I smile,
I dance.

Your poetry is utmost beautiful about the loss of someone who you loved a lot....
But some people don't deserve such kind of love...if they don't take the pain to stick with you through thin and thick...:) keep writing

Sad, melodramatic, disheartening. Loneliness can destroy a beautiful soul. A wonderful read.

Ohh, I forgot, typing mistake, Thank you for pointing out, Thanks to you for your visit...
I was reminded of the song 'Sad Song' by Justin Beiber and Selena Gomez after reading this. It carries the same theme. A beautiful write.

"Each melody from waving trees
Reminds your smiling music."
I liked these lines a lot 😊👍

Without these line of your I could not breath poetry right now. :) You make me wanna write more as your heart is filled with love for a person.
"Every drop of rain striking me
Reminds your touch," I love this one. This is a good choice of words. Only you could compare the rain strike from somebody's touch. Great imagination. Keep it up!
