Good morning
glittering light of the sun
stretching your golden arms,
your warm smile greeting everyone.

The freshness you bring
Kisses a thousand pretty flowers to bloom
the softness in your rays
warms up a thousand hearts

It’s wonderful to learn
to spread happiness like your glistening beams,
Makes me remember that the world is always dark
before  on your journey, you embark.

I really enjoyed this poem. You can practically feel the warmth of the sun from the words. I also liked the latter parts of the poem that encourage being courageous, like the Sun who braves the darkness, going out and spreading joy.
