Sunset glory

Sunset is one of the most glorious form of nature's beauty. "sunsets are proof that no matter what happens, everyday can end beautifully." - Kristen Butler

The golden fire that was ablaze all day
is slowly dipping down
washing away all that happened today
every smile, every frown.


Sunset spreads its arms
far, wide and full of hue
deep orange, bits of light red,
and almost every shade of blue

The colours speak like emotions
deep down in one’s heart
as the day ends, you say goodbye
to wonder, love and hope

but every sunset brings one day down
only to prepare you for the next day’s bright shining dawn.
