- This
is what my Sister told me in a pep talk.. She wrote this telling what
the Pep talk was all about.. .. She was letting me know that I can not
keep just giving away my talents and gifts.. it is time to launch out
and bring in an income.. Margene♥
Tamara
Patzer: You have to know the context of the conversation to know what
the pep talk was about. Here it is in a nutshell. Margene can be
making money helping people with their social media management and
everyone want it done free...well, people are making a good living
doing social media management including me...so why shouldn't Margene
charge a fair rate for her expertise to help other do their social
media management...this is the context of my "pep" talk...not that I
haven't tried to help Margene in many ways. Sometimes a person has to
HEAR that they are stopping themselves in success by fearing to ASK...
Tamara
Patzer: If Margene doesn't lay it on the line and tell people, this is
my business and I charge for my consulting services, etc. how will
they know? Margene has exception social media skills and she knows how
to get people to interact and talk on her pages...why shouldn't she do
this for businesses and churches or even author/experts and get paid to
do it? Her skills rank up there with big names like Amy Porterfield
and Mari Smith...Margene Wiese-Baier can help anyone or any business
get social.
Tamara
Patzer :FEAR is the biggest thing we do to ourselves that holds us
back. We are afraid of the unknown and afraid to ASK for money. It is
one of the obstacles that many women and men face. Women especially
have been raised to give and give without any monetary rewards. Reality
is that we have to be paid for our services and many places take
advantage of "volunteers" when they should be paying for those
services.
Tamara Patzer is my Sister..
