InsideA Poem by Ignorance Was Bliss Everything Was FreeHe's the one, but he doesn't know it. When he looks into my eyes, He doesn't see whats there. Only what he wants to.
He wants me for what I am, Not for who I am. It hurts more the less, but there's nothing I can do.
To prevent another heart ache, Thats not easy to avoid. I love everything about him so much that it hurts. He doesn't want me for me, but only for what he see's..
His eyes so promising, Making the days feel shorter, Happiness is hard to find, but this isn't what I was looking for.
Hopeless and discouraged, I turn around again. Maybe better luck next time. Or maybe love's not for me..
