Imaginary Beloved

Imaginary Beloved

A Poem by Sunrising

Her hair dense as darkness,
Her face rich as the full moon:
Unbelievable contrasts
Couched in a seat of love.
Her eyes rival lotuses.
Seeing that girl today,
My eager heart
Is driven by desire.
Innocence and beauty
Adore her fair skin.

Beautiful poem. Soft, delicate words to describe eternal feelings of that most special lady. Well done. Look forward to more good works from you.
