That's Enough

That's Enough

A Poem by Destiny

I choose to see this bed as half full.

The sheets have cooled and our laughter has died,

but I can still catch the scent of you in my hair.

And that’s enough

This is not an end. It’s a beginning.

The sun has risen and you’re long gone,

but you called and asked me how I’d slept.

And that’s enough

You,

are enough
