My heart is still beating;
And I am still moving,
But sometimes I feel like I'm losing ...
Losing myself to your selfishness.
But this time it is different,
Because you are someone I don't miss,
And even though I'm walking through this world all alone,
Rght now I couldn't stand to be near you.
I want you to stay Forgotten, out of my mind.
We used to travel side by side,
Each footstep of yours was also mine.
But this amazing friendship has finally died.
See I used to be upset,
And I used to want to cry,
All I can do though now,
Is just smile.
Smile and keep moving on,
Everything was already said and done.
I haven no more worries and no more fears.
And I don't want to cry another tear.
So don't come crawling back,
When you're in need of me,
Because the quality of a good friend is something you lack.
We both know, you'll need me someday,
And you will just want to talk,
But I will never help you again.

If you'll pardon my language, this is F*****G AWESOME!!!! So powerful, so emotional! A truly fantastic write. I know the feeling of being a good friend and being abused because of it - it just gets too much.
