I look towards an open door 
that leads me to a new world 
outside the one I currently know 
new experiences coming my way 

A blank page ready to be covered 
with new images, sights, sounds and more 
a clear sky with thousands of shining lights 
a view not seen within your own doubts 
but expand with eyes wide open 

I won't forget what I have 
or where I've been 
but I look for new horizons 
beyond what I know now 

A new world is open to those who look for it 
but if you keep yourself closed 
you will never find it 
a light shines brightly beyond the darkness 
that may shroud you 

hopes and dreams are ment to be achieved 
no matter where it leads 
you can go wherever you choose 
and lead your own path
