Our Final Page

Our Final Page

A Poem by Amanda
"

Where our stupidity and naivety will lead us eventually if we continue to pursue this track.

"
Memories tumble from me,
The good and bad times a mix,
As I fall to my knees.
I swear upon the Rive Styx,
I will never forget.
Though we were often without food,
Though we were based on lies and regrets,
We never failed to pull together again,
Until now, the final page met.
Everything we once were,
Everything that made us who we are,
Is pulled away but The Fates' sweet lure,
By our own stupidity.
Memories tumble from me,
The good and bad times will always blend,
It's time we trek alone,
My dear sweet family, this is the end.
