Forbidden

A Poem by Amanda
"

Short poem about a demon and an angel

"

He was the demon, she was the angel,

She was safe and he was danger.

They were forbidden to be,

Opposites to the bone.

Yet somehow sparks flew,

Brightening his world

And burning her bright tone.

They were both shunned,

Hated for their love.

For one it was disgraceful,

For one it was ‘easily replaceable’

He was the demon, she was the angel,

And though the story might seem thin,

Can you say who was really the one filled with sin?

I like comparing opposites. The last sentence was just a got touch. I like it.
