Those Days

Remember when this first started? ~~A poem dedicated to True Blood~~

Remember those days

When everything was okay?

When Jason’s biggest worry,

Was his boner and his vision was blurry?

Before Jess was Bill’s baby,

Doesn’t it seem kind of hazy?

 

Remember those times

When there were less crimes?

When Rene was not a ghost

And Sookie was still a Merlotte’s host?

Can you still recall

When Eric was in charge of it all?

And he had that long hair,

And everyone was getting bare?

 

Look at them all now,

I don’t know how,

But now Bill’s all evil,

Eric saintly planned retrieval,

And Jason’s hellbent on revenge,

Sookie’s parents will be avenged!

Tara’s an even bigger minority,

And corrupt is The Authority.

But I think the biggest change of all

Is that this season is the only one causing me to bawl.

Author's Note

So yeah, once again True Blood has ended until next summer. Of course it ended cliffhangerously (thanks for liking my word Ethan :P) like True Blood is known for. I just was just thinking back to the first season and how much less serious it is compared to now. 3 cheers for season 6! That'll be all :)

It is about dang time someone wrote an ode for True Blood! Ahhhhh...those were the days....back when all we worried about was poor Jason and his V induced egglplant erection. Thank you for giving me a laugh before I went off to dreamland. Hopefully, now that I have read this, my dreamland will be filled with Alexander Skarsgard :)

hehe, true dat. and why isn't there many attractive female characters? sookie and tara? jessica? bring more characters like dawn and sofi ann and i'll feel better lol. and eric's hair was waaaaay better longer.

I thought Eric's hair looked so weird when he cut it, but now it looks really good to me for some reason

sounds like it, read some of the descriptions for episodes on my t.v.'s guide menu, stuff about scrolls or something, sounded intense. just don't tell me anything, i shouldn't know even that much.

i don't have HBO, and i can't afford it, so i have to wait til it comes out on box set and then wait til it goes on sale and then possibly buy it. :(
