Want To Write

I want to write,

But I don’t know what.

Maybe something sad?

It’ll tug at the heart,

Just darkness, no light.

Or maybe something glad?

It’ll make you feel better,

Give you hope in little ways.

Maybe a combo of the two?

One of those ‘better me than you’?

 

One thing is certain;

When I want to write,

I will, no matter the price,

Anything to get what I feel in sight,

Anything inspiring will suffice.

Hoping someone will say,

‘Hey, know what, you're kinda okay."

No, I don't really want someone to say that, I just thought it fit. I don't know what to write to get how i feel right now out, so I wrote this instead :P

I feel like this a lot! You did a good job of describing how I feel at those moments. I usually think about the latest boy drama, or cool thing I heard about. Sometimes I just look around and pretend I am someone else with a different life.. Imaginations are truly incredibly. Great write!!!

Haha. Quite amusing. I have had those "what to write" moments as well, although I just end up writing strange and perplexing lines that I end up scratching my head over and go "eh?" Haha. Loved this.
