The constant change.A Poem by Suditi
They say life is not always fair,
They say it's a cruel world out there, Everything has transformed, Nothing has remained, It's the law of nature-the constant change. The castle will dust down, The flowers will die, The clouds will pour down, Vacating the sky. The moon will dance around, The sea will roar, The birds won't fly forever, They'll have to touch the floor. The king won't rule to eternity, He'll lose throne to more powerful some day. The rat will not always be lured by cheese, To escape, he'll find his way. The sheep won't follow always, One or two will surely leave the flock. Diamond will be extracted from the very same place, Which was once, just-a-rock. The good will be mean at times, The evil will be kind. Silence which was bliss once, Will one day, numb the mind. Balance is never about keeping things Like they have always been, Neither about being unafraid, of the things unknown, unseen. It is about, taking the blow on your face, And moving forward. Because rest of the tale is waiting to unfold. The story, waiting to be heard.
