the stars lost in the ocean
shimmer and break like
the stars burning in your eyes
that are the beacon to follow
and find the sanity that's been lacking
in the chaos of this spin
no longer will the darkness consume
the darkness where the spiders mate
and the demons watch with beautiful smiles
and i'll wait right there in
the stars until you come back 'round
to take my shaking hand
