Another Epilogue

I have failed.... I failed to protect anyone. Just like always, all I could do was sit down and watch my loved ones get hurt. 

While I was leaning on the cracked wall and some rubble, I watched Ichinose and Anderise fight each other while Kaname and Naru were lying down face first on the floor. Naru was still wearing her Lemon Tiger Armor, it was still emitting the yellow electicity even though Naru had already lost her consciousness. Kaname was in an even more worst situation since he was staked on the floor with his own weapon. 

We could not go against Ichinose because of her unrivaled speed. Since Anderise had the ability to predict her opponent's next step which helped her barely block Ichinose's attack. However, all she could was block and evade Ichinose's advances. It takes most of her energy to swing her broadsword which ends up useless since Ichinose could dodge it easily. 

The fight lasted for at least 40 minutes and none of us managed to lay a scratch on Ichinose's Sun Armor. Anderise was obviously losing the fight. As the seconds pass, the more I feel the despare weighing me down.

That was what immediately came to mind. With my previous knowledge of the events that was about to happen, I managed to prolong everything. I thought that everything will be okay just like last time but now that I think of it....everything went well last time because Shigure was there to fix everything.

Again, that was the only thing I could think of at that moment. While I was focused on thinking on relying to Shigure, Anderise was kicked by Ichinose on the stomach, sending her flying toward the wall a few feet beside me. The power of the kick was so powerful that Anderise was suspended on the wall. 

The moment I saw Anderise' defeat, I fell completely to despair. I can't stop myself from shaking. 

「(I can't do it....I'm too weak to do it....)」

I've accepted my everything, the voices in my head before, I've accepted all of it. In order to become strong..... still I could nto do it.

I gave up and prayed for Shigure to somehow appear to save everyone....

Ichinose raised her left hand and a gigantic orange sigil hovered above her left hand. I had no idea what that Spell was but it blew away the roof and the wall behind her. This exposed everyone to the sky light and the slight warmth of the 15th Sun a couple meters away from us. 

Ichinose faced toward me. 

「It seems like you could control time. Your existence will be a hindrance to my plan, I will kill you first」 She pointed her sigil toward me. A fireball formed in front of the same sigil. When Ichinose released it, it started to fly toward me at an incredible speed. I was too scared to move away and my body was shaking too much for me to focus my strength to my legs. 

<<Shigure, please save us!>> 

I prayed it over and over again. 

When the fireball was only meter away from me, I closed my eyes and waited for something to happen. I heard the fireball explode but I did not feel any pain. When I opened my eyes, I saw a purple flag failing. Because of the smoke, it made it hard to see the crest on the flag nor the person holding the flag. There was a moment of silence as Ichinose and I wait for the smoke to dissipate. 

When the smoke had finally disappeared, I saw a man and his broad back. He was holding the flag with his right hand and letting it rest on his shoulder. He was wearing a tattered steel gray T-shirt, it's right bottom portion was torn off, showing the bandages wrapped around his stomach. His foreams were also covered in bandges, but the bandage that was supposed to be wrapped around his right hand were ruined since it was flailing like the flag. Both of his knuckles were covered in blood and it splattered some on the bandage on his forearms. Just like his T-shirt, his gray pants were also tattered. The right hem of the pants were torn just like the left hem of his T-shirt. 

When the man turned his head and looked at me, I saw his red eyes and his face side of his face was covered in blood because his head was bleeding. I know that familiar look, his black hair was spiky and it was weighed down because it grew long. The spikes were facing down but still maintained their spikes. He was familiar but his face was showing more emotion than before. His brows were furrowed and he was frowning. His stare was colder than before, it felt like his stare was enough to kill mementally. 

「That damn Queen...」 His voice matches his expression, he is definitely angry. 

「Who are you?」 It seemed like Ichinose was angry as well. 

「Shut up..」 He replied to Ichinose. 

Now that the smoke had completely disappeared, I saw a hand of some kind of a humanoid monster holding on his neck but he doesn't seem to care about it. 

「Destroy the Star... It was talking about that thing...If I knew that the last requirement was here, I would have withdrawed from that fight...」 He sighed as he rubbed the back of his head with his left hand. 

「Trying to revive the Rokka by merging every 6 people into one... What a childish goal」 He laughed through his nose. I knew it, he still have his memories somehow. 

「You fiend! How dare you call the Rokka's dream childish! Who are you!?」 Ichinose exclaimed. 

「Shigure, An Outcast」 Shigure answered Ichinose. 

Upon hearing what Shigure said, Ichinose panicked and raised her left hand once again. The Sun behind her started to float up, when it reached a certain height, it moved above Shigure. It casted a shadow around half of the Frenteria. 

「You are dangerous, I'll kill you along your dear friends!!!」 The Sun started to fall down at an indredible speed. It was the time to panic but Shigure just stood there, looking up at the Sun that was soon to kill us. Shigure stabbed the flag on the floor so that it could stand on it's own. 

「Here is a lesson for you...This is not enough!」 Shigure jumped up and head toward the falling Sun. Without hesitating, he pulled back his right hand and punched the Sun. 

The 15th Sun did not explode, Shigure's punch blew a hole in it and it dissipated immediately. Ichinose's eyes were spread wide upon seeing her trumph card get destroyed in one punch. 

「All my work....」 Ichinose fell down on her knees and looked down at the ground with a despaired face.

「...stand up.」

Ichinose stood up. 

「My comrades are hurt....I don't have time to waste on you」

Ichinose looked at Shigure's eyes. 

「Come at me with all you've got」

Ichinose clenched her teeth and gather all the strength she has for her last attack. Just like before, she used her speed as a main portion of her attack but all of this was meaningless.

Shigure disappeared, the spot where he was standing was destroyed. I couldn't even blink and the battle had ended. His speed was stellar, it topped Ichinose's speed. Just like the Sun, Ichinose was defeated by one punch. Ichinose managed to cross her forearm together to block Shigure's punch but Shigure's punch was so pwerful, it sent her flying toward the mountain a few kilometers away. 

「That is what you get for crossing me....」 Shigure walked toward the flag. The moment he picked up the flag, he took out a crystal shard from his pocket and threw it down on the floor to break it. Suddenly, a portal opened and Shigure went through it but before he completely went thrugh it, he said

「Praise coincidence.. that is what saved you」 

That was his last words for me. At that moment, I felt ashamed... I was saved by a severely damaged person. 

「I hate the weak me....」
