「It's cold, freezing........」

I sat on the park bench and looked up at the dark sky. The snow started to fall down when I entered the park. 

I can see people's emotions and what they are currently feeling. If a person has a violet aura following them, they show disgust. If a person has a yellow aura following them, they are currently happy. I could judge people on what color they actually are. Because of it, I was rejected most of my life. Fourteen years later, here I am sitting on a park bench wearing ragged jean pants and tattered brown parka. 

It's christmas eve. All I will do is sit on an old park bench while letting the snow pile on top of me. Deep down, I was expecting that I will die on that bench 
while watching the people pass by me and look at me with complete disgust.

After Two and a half hours later, the snow that was piling on top of me was starting to get heavier and heavier. I tried to move my body but it wouldn't move as if that my body had accepted the fact I will die on that bench. At that moment, someone brushed off the snow that had piled on top of me. My eyes were starting to lose it's focus so I couldn't see the person who brushed the snow off me. 
「Onii-san, Please wear this」I could see a small and white hand carrying a brown scarf. Whoever that person was, let me wear their scarf. It was only a little but I felt the warmth the scarf gave me. 

After a few minutes, my vision was able to focus, giving me a better look at the cruel world in front of me. The person who helped me wasn't there anymore. When I looked to my left, all I could see the light post lighting on nothing. When I looked at my right, there sat a high school girl wearing a brown blazer uniform. Her brown hair was tied up with the most generic looking scrunchie I have ever seen. She has brown eyes which sparkled as she looked right at me. When I first saw her, I immediately thought that why is she wearing only her blazer uniform in a cold day like today. Suddenly, I realized that my body felt really warm. When I checked my body, I saw a dark brown parka covering me. 
「Onii-san, you're finally awake」The girl talked to me with her absurdly loud voice, 
「I was awake the whole time.....」I replied to her, 
「Non, Non, Onii-san, You were asleep.....hmmm...more like trying to keep yourself from giving up.」She smiled at me. Her smile was so bright that I thought I was about to get blind, 
「Maybe.......Thanks for the scarf and the parka」I took off the scarf and the parka covering me then gave it back to the girl. 
「You can keep the scarf, Onii-san. It will give you a little bit of warmth.」She only took her parka and gave me her scarf. 

「No need to help someone who will die soon....」I gave her the scarf once again, 
「Non, Non, Onii-san, Conco know you won't die soon」Apparently her name is Conco, 
「I don't have a reason to live, that is why I will die soon.....」I rejected her optimism, 
「Hmmmm......How about you make Conco your reason」She smiled, 
「Huh?」I was dumbfounded when I hear her said what she had told me, 
「If you decided to live and straighten up your life. In five years, we will meet again and Conco will marry you!」Conco puffed up her chest in confidence, 
「I understand, see you in five years」I decided to walk out of the park since it was late and I wanted to let her go to her house as fast as possible. 
「See you in five years! Onii-san!!」

I received some hope, a little bit of hope. As we part ways, I realized that Conco, 
「She didn't have any aura with her.......」Not like everyone, Conco didn't show any kind of color following her, meaning that she is pure to the core. 

While I was walking to get out of the park, I heard a girl crying for help. When I went to check it out, I saw a man wearing a ski mask trying to rob a beautiful girl. Without thinking, I went out and helped the girl. Fortunately, the robber was really weak, I just kicked him in the head and he immediately lost his consciousness, 
「I appreciate your help, kind stranger」It was dark so I couldn't see much of the girl but I managed to see her golden hair, 
「Don't worry....」I replied to her, 
「I don't know if this will be of a reward but here, your reward」She gave me an envelope, 
「What is your name?」She asked, 
「Hachizu」I answered, 
「Okay, Thank you for your help, Hachizu-sama. May we meet again someday」 The girl went the opposite of my way. 

When I got out of the park, after I used the robber's phone to call the cops. I looked at the envelope the girl gave me, 
「..1..4....6.....8....10,000,000 Yen(10,000 Dollars)......」Instead of chasing the girl and give back the money. I decided to take it since she gave it to me. I decided to use the money she gave me to start my own business.......

Five Years Later
