Booker is a tech genius who made the world a better place. He lives in the middle of the New Tokyo Area. Booker also owns the Imagine Factory which is the biggest company in the world. The Company ranges to weapons, infrastructures, etc..... 

Booker admires Iron Man and always wanting to make his own Suit but keep on failing to make one. He doesn't believe in Magic but he A.I. he had made believes in Magic despite being based from the Sylfer Artificial Intelligence.

Booker managed to make his own Miniature Arc Reactor through his own way but it didn't work the way he wanted it to power a Suit he had created. He eventually aborted the Arc Reactor and Iron Suit Project after fighting an enemy using an Iron Suit he had modified to be stronger but since it was not at the prototype level yet bad things happened. 

Booker willingly gave the Imagine Factory to Atsu after the New Tokyo Area Incident, saying that the company will be better off with Atsu being the CEO.
