Booker is most seen wearing his black trousers that was longer than an average trouser and a six buttoned tail coat and a black vest. At night, when he is out killing aristocrats, he wears a modified black soldier uniform that has 12 buttons, 6 on either side and it also has a tail on it but instead of a triangular tail, it is rectangular. 

Booker is the earl of the Blair Household and the one currently ruling the Household. Booker's mansion is located in the outskirts of London City which caused the fact that almost no one visits the mansion other than Nobles who is rich enough to get a Carriage and a "driver" to carry them to the mansion. The Blair Manor has 7 servants despite the size of the manor. 

Booker use a variety of weapons made by one of his servants: 

The first weapon are dual portable retractable 70cm blades that can be replaced by spare blades. 

The Second weapon is a metallic mask with round lenses with a zoom function that can zoom to a really far distance. 

The third weapon is a black metallic gauntlet that blends with his coat. The gauntlet is capable of increasing the strength of his punch. In order to make it possible, four vials that are 15 cm long and 5cm in diameters are put inside the gauntlet. The vials contain Energy Water which is water that had been merge with Magic, despite having Magic inside it, it is still drinkable like a normal water but once it is activated with a tremendous amount of power, it can power a whole city for a week. 

Booker also has a black long coat with a hood he wears at night to prevent people from seeing his face. He first wore it as a cover to prevent Elizabeth from discovering his identity. 

Booker is usually seen smiling and rarely snaps or get angry. He treasures his servants and he treats them equally, he even asked his servants to not call him Booker-sama or master. Booker also owns once of the biggest company in London.
