The God Of Memories: Chapter 2: The Always Late Duo

When I wake up in the morning, Kaname was always beside me eating a pudding while sleeping. Her light brown translucent hair was almost covered with the syrup from the pudding, 
「Oi, wake up, the pudding is getting on my bed!」I  shook Kaname till she opened her eyes, 
「Oh, Kaname~~~ Goomoning~~」Kaname was still half asleep, 
「Eh....it's already 12:30!!! Kaname! We're really late!」I exclaimed,
「Shiro-nee will kill us! So hurry up!」We did everything as fast as we could and went to school with my bike, 
「haa...haa..haa.... We are.......late.....」Despite all the trouble we had, we were still late for 2 hours and 45 minutes and we missed the School Ceremony, 
「Ahaha! Just like always, Kaname and Kaname are late」 Sana was behind us and she laughed at us with her energetic voice, 
「Shiro-nee looked really mad, you two should prepare~~」Sana warned us about Shiro-nee's rage, 
「Kaname~~ we should run away and build our own family!」Kaname's eyes were starting to get watery, 
「I decline, I only have 100 yen with me! We can't afford to live with just 100 yen! let alone building a family!」All I could do was prepare myself and hope to survive Shiro-nee's punishment. 

While me and Kaname were panicking in the hall way, Shiro-nee suddenly appeared behind us, 
「First day of your second year in high school, you are already late......Wait for your punishment at home」Her eyes were really scary, 
「We're really sorry!」Me and Kaname kneel down and apologized to Shiro-nee but it was not enough to stop Shiro-nee's rage. 

I couldn't turn the page any further, as if the rest of the pages were glued together not letting me to read the rest of the book. For some reason, I wanted to know more about those two. Since I couldn't read any further, I went back to sleep. 

「Fuwaa~~~」I yawned instead of greeting Kyouko and Meiko, 
「What a big yawn, did you try to pull an all-nighter? Celia」Meiko rubbed my back, 
「I was reading a book and lost track of time~ehehe」I scratched the back of my head while I laugh, 
「You should sleep at night, if you don't sleep at night, your skin will get wrinkly easily」Kyouko gave me an advice, 
「I will, thank you for the advice, Kyouko」 We reached the school faster than before, we probably came in the right time but since we were having fun talking, the time went faster. 

While we were walking towards our classroom, we continued our conversation, 
「Celia, did you dye your hair?」Kyouko asked me about my hair, 
「No, I don't remember dyeing it」I grabbed some of my hair and checked it, the light brown color of my hair was now a bit darker. For some reason, the bottom part of my hair was the only part that was getting darker, 
「It might have got dirty while we were at the forest last night」Meiko smiled at me, 
「But I took a bath this morning」I replied to Meiko, 
「Well, worrying about it will get us late, let's just dye it after school」Meiko pat me on the back and we resume to walk towards our classroom. 

Noon, Lunch Time~~ 

When I opened my eyes, I was already eating my lunch with Kyouko and Meiko. For some reason, I have no memory about the 3 hours of class time we just had. I kept on pondering about why I can't remember anything and I couldn't stop thinking about it. My day ended with me not knowing what happened. When the school ended, my hair color returned to normal and we just assumed that it was dirt that got on my hair when we went in the forest. 

Now that my hair color turned back to it's normal color, our schedule for after was changed and we just ate at the fast food restaurant in the shopping center then we went home. I was tired and I immediately fell asleep on my bed the moment I entered my room.

The Next Morning~~

「Mid-Spring! Early In The Morning! Delicious Food!」I spread the curtains of the living room, 
「Celia's Period」Someone added something unnecessary in my words, 
「Mid-Spring! Early in The Morning! Delicious Food!」I exclaimed as I look out at the backyard through the see-through sliding doors, 
「Celia's Period!」He repeated it again, 
「Can you shut up!」I yelled at the man drinking a coffee while reading a newspaper. The sun light was making his jet black hair a bit lighter and it made his red eyes shine like a ruby, 
「You should eat your breakfast or you will be late for school」He took another sip of his coffee. If you judge him from what he is doing in the moment, he looks like he is in his mid 40's but he is actually 19 years old, two years older than me. I immediately ate the food he always cook for me and then I went out of our house.
