Before The God of Clockworks, Lazurite was the strongest among the 13 Gods. Since she was suffering from a really bad unknown disease, she didn't live long enough to be able to meet the new generation including Haru, Mashiro, Kuroha, Lillian, Kanami, Otonashi, Futaba and of course Insanity. Due to her illness, her legs had gone numb and won't move anymore causing her to spend the rest of her life on a wheel chair. Not only she had to spend her life on a wheel chair, she had to stay in the hospital for the rest of her life. She and Iroha are really close friends because their hospital rooms were beside each other. According to Iroha, she described Lazurite as an Old Lady and Shoukaku agreed to that. 

Lazurite is the type of person who is always calm and formal, like a princess but for some unknown reason she was really close to Iroha who is always joking and playing pranks to people. The two of them spent their days playing board games, cards and other fun things in the hospital. Unfortunately, Maher Lazurite died before Iroha met Kuroha. Lazurite was bedridden, unable to leave her room, when Kuroha and Iroha first met, Iroha was unable to introduce Kuroha to Lazurite and Lazurite died the next day Iroha and Kuroha met. 

Unfortunately, even Shoukaku has no records of Lazurite except for a picture of Iroha and Lazurite together but that picture was lost because Shoukaku forgot where to put it. Her estimated power is 10 times the power of Kuroha but no on has ever seen it. Also, no one knows her name as one of the Gods.
