Chapter 9:Kokonoe Honoka:ArtistxGenius Route: A Love Love Date With Honoka

「We started dating for about a month now and we still haven't done things couples do」I complained to Nanase-kun,

「?? Really?..........」It seems like he was thinking about what we have done that is couple like.

「We have done nothing!」He did a fist pump and shouted with 120% confidence. He looked cool but what he had said doesn't match his pose,

「・・・・」An awkward pause enacted in the room,

「What should we do?」 Nanase-kun asked me what to do. Since all I did in my whole life was to Paint and Draw and I didn't have that much contact with other people so I have no idea what we should do,

「I don't know too」I answered Nanase-kun,

「How about we go to a date?」Nanase-kun gave an idea but he sounded like he didn't know if it's right or wrong.

「Let's go with that one」I agreed with Nanase-kun.

「Now what?」 Now that we are out of Nanase-kun's Apartment, we just stood in front of the apartment building without a plan,

「How about we go to the shre park and have a picnic there」Finally, a good idea showed up. We decided to go to the shore park but first we went to the super market to buy the ingredients for the lunch Nanase-kun was planning on cooking.

「I'm sorry, Nanase-kun, I am really bad at cooking」I sighed as I apologize to Nanase-kun who was currently cooking a homemade hamburger,

「Don't worry, I will teach you when we get some time 」He replied to me with a smile. I was already used to his wonderful smiles but this time he is wearing an apron making the scene really romantic for me,

「・・・・」I was entranced at Nanase-kun for a bit, sorry, it was for a long time since Nanase-kun had finished cooking the foods when I came back to real life.

「Let's go, Honoka」We went out of his apartment and rode the train to the shore park.

「It's actually my first time relaxing here」Nanase-kun sat down on a blanket he had placed under the tree shade,

「I've been here for many times now but it's my first time spending it with someone」I smiled at Nanase-kun.

「The wind feels good and the weather is in a perfect condition today」Nanase-kun looked up in the sky and smiled. That one scene was so beautiful, I accidentally drew a sketch of it on the sketchbook I always carry with me,

「Honoka, come back to reality」Nanase-kun was shaking me,

「Stop drawing, you're drawing a rough sketch for a short manga, don't draw a doujinshi!」Nanase-kun pulled my sketchbook away from me.

「Sorry, my fantasies went berserk for a bit」I apologized to Nanase-kun,

「Not a bit, you were on cloud 9 for about 2 and a half hours」I was suprised by what Nanase-kun had said,

「Now you're back, let's eat」The food was already lined up on the blanket and all I have to do was to eat them but I made Nanase-kun. I feel bad now since he was the one who made the

food that was in front of me.

「Thank You, Nanase-kun」

「Eh? aah? You're welcome」His face looked really confused but I guess he let it slide since he didn't ask any question about why I said Thank You to him.

「I ate too much, I'm sleepy」I yawned,

「You can sleep on my lap if you want to」He offered me to sleep on his lap, even though we both know that it was me who was suppose to offer my lap for Nanase-kun to sleep on,

「Don't mind if I do」I placed my head on top of Nanase-kun's lap and I close my eyes but before I fell asleep, I asked Nanase-kun,

「Will you stay by my side forever?」For some reason, I was nervous to hear his answer since it took time for him to answer,

「Aah, of course, Forever」He then rubbed my head gently then I fell asleep...
